DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS MIGHT BE???!?
I have had a pretty bad headache for about 3 weeks now. ( I usually do not have headaches) 4 weeks ago I had a bad cold and just 2 days later I started to get flu like symptoms including nausea, dizziness, loss of appetite and weight loss. I thought I was getting better, but after playing in soccer game last Monday; my symptoms came back later that night. I thought I might have a concussion. My parents took me to a dentist thinking it might be my wisdom teeth. It was not. So they took me to the doctor and they order chest x-rays and blood tests to check if it was a virus a few days ago. Today we got the call from the doctor saying everything is fine. But my headaches have not gone away even with medicine and I have missed a lot of school because of it. I still have a loss of appetite and sometimes feel dizzy. Should I got back to my doctor and ask for an MRI or a CAT scan if it does not get better in a few days? What do you think I should do? WHAT COULD THIS BE

I am 14 turning 15 on april , 5'5 1/2 and 120 pounds. I wanted to lose 5 more pounds, but my mom don't want me tooshe said im skinny, but i feel fatso i work out. she allows me to work out, and i play sports as well (basketball ).
How many calories should i eat a day?
I do aerobics and strengthening once a week
hiphop class once a week (one hour).
basketball practices twice a week ( 2 hrs each)
walk home from school everyday (takes thirty mins)
I have dance, ( but sometimes we dont dance) ..everyday for 80 mins .
and P.e (depending on what activity) for 80 minutes

Help ? i also am tryna gain my period back , cause of weight loss . ive been getting discharges, but just stuck with discharges….

I have been over weigh my whole life, i lost alot of weight and still i was over weight. Now over 7 years i out it all back on, we think it was the depo provera. I have now lost 15 kg. I really only lost some of that wewight when i was trying to deal with a traumatic event andbi stopped eating. I am quite active, my job is very active asa an animal nurse. I eat quite healty, like museli and lite milk for breakfast, pear for morning tea, sushi for lunch and grilled chicken breast with steam veges fir dinner. I drink tones of water. I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression when i was 13 yo and am now 24 yo and have been on meds most of the time. I havevs new boyfriend after 5 years, he is really nice but got out of a relationship 5 months ago, a long term one. I am paranoid he thinks im gat and ugly because this is how i honestly see myself. I have tried alot to feel otherwise but i can't. I like him a lot and we have a healthy sex life but i am wondering if he thinks im too fat. Just vague comments he has made like when i was talking about fad diets and when i talked aboutneneregy in energy out he said, who don't you just do that or when someone bought up my weight loss, he asaked me, so how much are you wanting to loose. Am i being paranoid? Or is he just acting interested?Please no rude answers, This is a very difficult thing for me.

How long is insulin active and does it matter whether it is long-acting or short-acting (rapid) insulin? i.e. does using long-acting-insulin which can last up to 24 hours in some case mean that your body will not burn fat for energy for that day?

Basically Im 23 years old and im 5'2 and weight 52kg..
8 weeks ago i weighing 55kg..Even though im healthy i felt fat so i started working out.
I cut out all junk food takeaways and fizzy drinks etc and only eat 3 meals a day
I started working out 3 times a week for 40 minutes each time doing cadio exercise..
When i first started i burnt around 200 calories each work out..After 8 weeks i now do 17k – 18k and burn around 350-400 calories each time i workout in 40 minutes..3 times a week
I've lost 3 kg and i feel great.. I have 2 pounds to lose and i will weigh 8 stones which is my goal.
My bmi is still healthy aswell
I want to eat some fry up and some junk food but im scared
Will i gain the weight back if i eat it?
Will i gain it back if i let myself relax alittle and not be so strict with the diet once i achieve my target weight?I will still workout
