all this crap "works" but it doesn't mean it's wise… you need to stop being lazy and just make sure your body is healthy in general, exercise properly, get enough protein, drink enough water and eat sensibly enough otherwise… if you do this and you still can't get the decent body you desire, then you have some underlying issues you need to address and a pill won't hack it. try eft, it's great for many many things, including weight loss=)

Yes, I personally got great results but I also work out etc.. NOT every supplement works well on everyone. Give it a try. BUT remember to exercise and eat right. There is no such thing as a magic pill.
